  99.           listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files listed
  100.           in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file
  101.           itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and

  109.               exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of
  110.               all files that are part of the ProLite package.

  112.               Many BBSs customarily add a small text file
  113.               (advertisement) to each archived file.  This text file
  114.               describes the BBS and tells people that the file was
  115.               downloaded from that particular BBS.  Other BBSs add a
  116.               small one-line message with their BBS name and phone
  117.               number into the compressed file, which will display when
  118.               the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of
  119.               mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used,
  120.               provided the program and documentation is otherwise
  121.               unmodified and complete.

  124.               decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  125.               transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  126.               agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
